Senior Customer Insight Analyst - Shanghai up to 400,000 RMB
My client an International Market Research firm operating in more than 20 countries is seeking to add to its team.
They are looking to expand their Customer Insight team which supports primary research and the statistical analysis needs of the firm and of its clients. They are seeking to hire a Senior Customer Insight Analyst as well as as a Customer Insight Manager for their team in Shanghai.
The role will be to provide statistical analysis and work with data to provide actionable insight to the end client. You will recommend your thoughts on what analytical technique are appropriate for carrying out forecasting, targeting and segmentation.
To be consider for these roles you must have at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience executing most of following techniques:
Multivariate analyses (regression, factor, correspondence, etc)
Latent class and other clustering techniques
Discrete choice approaches – conjoint & maxdiff
Decision trees – CHAID/CART
Highly proficient in SPSS or SAS
