I have a very exciting role that has just been released!

Our client an International Insurance company is seeking to hire a number of hands on analytical indivuals for its team. These individuals will ideally come from or have worked on the Insurance side of things and ba hands on with a statistical package such as SAS/Spss/KXEN or Model Builder and be able to carry out techniques such as propensity modeling, segmentation, cross sell etc within the database with the aim to increase the customer portfolio by as much as possible as well as increase the profitability per individual.

The company is seeking a Head of Analytics who will be in charge of a team of 8 analysts who will be given a road map to increase head count to 20 within a very short space of time. Ultimately you will still be hands on but also be in a position where you are managing the team as well as implementing strategies as well as the expectations of stakeholders. They are also looking for a number of analysts with a minimum of 6 month experience to join the team.

The analytics team part of the marketing division is new to the business and they are looking for individuals who can stand on their own two feet. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience using SAS and be able to build acquisition models, logistic regression, multivariate analysis, linear regression, SAS predictive modelling, SAS propensity modelling and segmentation with some campaigns and also provide insight to the models.

My client an international bank with a large hub in Asia - Taiwan is seeking to make a high profile hire to join their team. This role is a due to growth and it shows their ambition within the market place as many clients have had their recruitment plans put on hold.

The role is for a Head of Decision Science you will have a minimum of 10 years experience in the building of application scorecards and Basel II models as well as building predictive models used within Marketing Analytics. You will have worked for a top tier bank or a financial services company and have a hands on managment style. You will be managing a team with the view to grow it.

You will be hands on with a statistical package such as SAS, SPSS, KXEN, or model builder to build these models but also be able to apply strategy as well as mentor junior members of the team. You will ideally be a Chinese speaker.
