My client an international bank with a large hub in Asia - Singapore is seeking to make a high profile hire to join their team. This role has been created to allow the bank advance further in front of its banking rivals.

The role is for a Head of Portfolio Analytics for the Region you will have a minimum of 10 years experience in the building of application scorecards and Basel II models, ideally you will also be able to build marketing models as well. You will have worked for a top tier bank or a financial services company within the SE Asia region and have a hands on management style. You will be managing a team across several locations. Your role will also involve working on stress testing, model validation as well as speaking to internal and external bodies.


You will be hands on with a statistical package such as SAS, SPSS, KXEN, or model builder to build these models but also be able to apply strategy as well as mentor junior members of the team.

This is an urgent role and we are looking to conduct initial phone interviews within the next week.

German speaking Project Coordinator, London, 6 month contract, £20-28K pro rata

Role:

Our client is a leading player of Guest Management software targeting the hospitality sector and is now seeking a fluent German speaking Project Coordinator for a 6 month pro rata fixed term contract to join the team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation process for our client’s product, including scheduling, installation and training of the customers. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

·         Logistical Management of all assigned installations
·         Maintain and coordinate installation resource schedules
·         Distribution and collection of Site Survey material from a new customer
·         Configure internal systems to prepare a customer to be featured on our client’s website
·         Provide all relevant installation information to the customer.
·         Guide customers through installation to complete and test software configuration
·         Train customers on the use of the software and the benefits
·         Provide accounting end of project billing information
·         Prepare reports on Field Operations activity
·         Address queries from customers in a timely and professional manner
·         Work effectively with other departments to ensure customer needs are addressed while maintaining policy guidelines.

Qualifications:


·         Bachelors degree or equivalent
·         1-2 years experience managing projects in a customer-facing environment
·         Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
·         Fluency in German and English
·         Ability to generate and follow a detailed project through to completion
·         Demonstrated ability to learn new PC and Web-based applications
·         Knowledge and experience using MS Office and MS Office applications
·         Ability to understand issues and solve problems in a timely manner
·         Demonstrated strong customer service bias
·         Attitude that embraces continuous process improvement
·         Proven organizational skills (e.g. time management, multi-tasking, to-do list management, scheduling, etc.)
·         Comfortable working independently under limited supervision in an unstructured environment
·         Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
·         Proven ability to work across many departments to solve problems and achieve results
·         Hospitality experience a plus
·         Systems training or support preferred

My client a Regional Bank in Dubai is seeking to recruit both a Manager and Assistant Manager into its Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Department. You will be woring within the the Data Management function and be responsible for...

·         Leading the development of a CLM data mart design and maintenance; ensure data is updated periodically on time.

·         Ensure data is of high quality - design and launch initiatives to populate missing data gaps.

·         Excellent knowledge of SQL development, database marketing, marketing DB management & analytics,  segmentation, lifetime value analysis, statistics, data mining/ analysis, scoring models, targeted prospecting, customer model development, CRM.

·         Responsible for working with large and varied data sets, from multiple data sources, in order to conduct analysis on current customer activity, generate concise reporting, and present recommendations for future sales strategy.

·         Establish a successful campaign tracking framework and upload that to the data mart.

·         Key contact point for all CLM data questions and educate the team on the various data points. To develop, manage and process Retail Database in order to provide data output on a regular and ad-hoc basis to meet various business needs of all users and executives in an effective and timely manner.

·         Experience in the areas of data analysis, data modeling, data and metadata management to ensure the availability of accurate, consistent, timely and well-defined data across the organization.

·         Experience in producing MIS reports at a product (credit cards, loans and liabilities) and segment/customer level using various BI tools (SQL, MS Access, Cognos, BO, etc.)

·         Must have worked in a Data Management Department, preferably in a Bank.

Further Job Requirements
·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Math, Statistics, Economics or a related field. MBA or PhD is a big plus.

·         5+ years of professional experience in data management including experience in developing and creating new databases.

·         Experience working with campaign management applications and business intelligence tools is a plus.

·         Capable of handling multiple ad-hoc requests simultaneously.
