My client an International Market Research firm operating in more than 20 countries is seeking to add to its team.

They are looking to expand their Customer Insight team which supports primary research and the statistical analysis needs of the firm and of its clients. They are seeking to hire a Senior Customer Insight Analyst as well as as a Customer Insight Manager for their team in Shanghai.

The role will be to provide statistical analysis and work with data to provide actionable insight to the end client. You will recommend your thoughts on what analytical technique are appropriate for carrying out forecasting, targeting and segmentation.

To be consider for these roles you must have at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience executing most of following techniques:

Multivariate analyses (regression, factor, correspondence, etc)

Latent class and other clustering techniques

Discrete choice approaches – conjoint & maxdiff

Decision trees – CHAID/CART

Highly proficient in SPSS or SAS

My client a leading data management and planning company in London is recruiting for a Head of Analytics -London to join its marketing analytics and planning team. You will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of sophisticated marketing analytics and its function for the companies European clients. You will also be involved with interpretation of direct marketing and turning this data into actionable insight for the business at a regional and local level.

You will alo carry out statistical modelling to increase the portfolio by the building of customer acquisition, propensity and cross sell models as well as carrying out segmentation using SAS. You will ideally come from a client side background and have more than 8 years hands on experience of using SAS and have led teams and have presented to senior managers, board level or to stake holders.

The role would be hands on and the long term view is to grow the team in the UK, paying 70k this is too good an opportunity to miss out!
