Our client, a global player of Guest Management software for the hospitality sector is now seeking a fluent German speaking in-house recruiter for a fixed term one year contract.
SUMMARY: Deliver high quality service to hiring managers and facilitate the placement of candidates by executing customised recruiting strategies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting:
· Takes thoroughly detailed job descriptions from hiring managers.
· Educates clients regarding labor market, trends, wages, benefits, and realistic expectations in today's market.
· Reviews employment applications and interviews applicants to evaluate work history, skills, competencies, education and training, compensation needs, and other qualifications.
· Counsels and advises candidates regarding their objectives and career goals.
· Sets candidate interview appointments with members of interview team. Follows up with both parties regarding outcome of the interview.
· Provides high level of customer service to applicants and clients.
· Writes and places advertisements to attract top-quality applicants.
· Tracks recruiting process through applicable database.
· Prepare offers of employment.
On Board Activities:
· Assembles and mails new hire packets.
· Conducts new hire orientation meetings.
· Ensures new hire documents are completed and information is entered into HRIS.
· Assemble personnel files.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
· Previous recruitment experience in an in-house role, recruiting IT or Technology candidates, managing external suppliers and direct candidates via web applications.
· Strong understanding of the Professional Services Market, such as IT or Management Consulting.
· Ideally educated to degree level (in any discipline)
· Working experience using an HRIS, preferably ADP.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite.
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Fluent German speaker
· Superior organisational skills; results-focus with superb execution and follow-through; highly detail-oriented.
· Efficient, highly productive multi-tasker; self-motivated and flexible; thrives in entrepreneurial environment.
· Ability to interact with all levels of staff utilising excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
