Our client an International Insurance company is seeking to hire a number of hands on analytical indivuals for its team. These individuals will ideally come from or have worked on the Insurance side of things and ba hands on with a statistical package such as SAS/Spss/KXEN or Model Builder and be able to carry out techniques such as propensity modeling, segmentation, cross sell etc within the database with the aim to increase the customer portfolio by as much as possible as well as increase the profitability per individual.
The company is seeking a Head of Analytics who will be in charge of a team of 8 analysts who will be given a road map to increase head count to 20 within a very short space of time. Ultimately you will still be hands on but also be in a position where you are managing the team as well as implementing strategies as well as the expectations of stakeholders. They are also looking for a number of analysts with a minimum of 6 month experience to join the team.
