Role:
Our client is a leading player of Guest Management software targeting the hospitality sector and is now seeking a fluent German speaking Project Coordinator for a 6 month pro rata fixed term contract to join the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation process for our client’s product, including scheduling, installation and training of the customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
· Logistical Management of all assigned installations
· Maintain and coordinate installation resource schedules
· Distribution and collection of Site Survey material from a new customer
· Configure internal systems to prepare a customer to be featured on our client’s website
· Provide all relevant installation information to the customer.
· Guide customers through installation to complete and test software configuration
· Train customers on the use of the software and the benefits
· Provide accounting end of project billing information
· Prepare reports on Field Operations activity
· Address queries from customers in a timely and professional manner
· Work effectively with other departments to ensure customer needs are addressed while maintaining policy guidelines.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree or equivalent
· 1-2 years experience managing projects in a customer-facing environment
· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
· Fluency in German and English
· Ability to generate and follow a detailed project through to completion
· Demonstrated ability to learn new PC and Web-based applications
· Knowledge and experience using MS Office and MS Office applications
· Ability to understand issues and solve problems in a timely manner
· Demonstrated strong customer service bias
· Attitude that embraces continuous process improvement
· Proven organizational skills (e.g. time management, multi-tasking, to-do list management, scheduling, etc.)
· Comfortable working independently under limited supervision in an unstructured environment
· Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
· Proven ability to work across many departments to solve problems and achieve results
· Hospitality experience a plus
· Systems training or support preferred
